Training and development programs are organized for our employees to carry out their duties in the most efficient manner and improve themselves in line with determined carrier goals.
In determination of training needs, strategy and goals of the company, performance and competence assessment results, technological developments and investments, duty requirements and requests from managers and employees are evaluated. Our training and development programs are organized with in-house and external sources.
